Great Place to Work: strong progress in results
A nice evolution of our new worldwide internal opinion survey.
The attention paid to each individual and the quality of the relationship and collaboration are an integral part of the values of our company along. This exceptional level of commitment of our employees that allows us to continue advancing the health of animals. That's why listening to our teams through regular questionnaires is important to ensure that their work environment is in line with their needs.
With this in mind, in June 2021 we organized our new Great Place to Work (GPTW) internal opinion survey which was administered to all Group employees. The GPTW model, based on three pillars (trust between employees and management, pride in belonging to the company and conviviality of relations between teams), places the employee at the center of the evaluation process, which is perfectly in line with our corporate culture.
In terms of results, we saw a very good progression at Group level in our two main indicators: +7 points on the overall perception of the company and +9 points on the Trust Index. All dimensions are progressing remarkably well at Group level, even if certain areas for improvement are emerging, particularly in relation to management and equal opportunities for all. In 2021, eight subsidiaries (Mexico, Colombia, Uruguay, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Germany, India and Vietnam) will have been awarded Great Place to Work certification.
Starting in 2022, Group-wide workshops will be set up in addition to local initiatives that will be implemented to take into account the results of each country. These action plans will make Virbac each day a better place to work.
