This solution centralizes all the training courses in the Virbac catalog in a single point and allows everyone to learn at any time through the digital content available. With its "machine learning" part linked to the various data already present in the system, the Learning section will push resources adapted to the needs of employees in relation to their position and offer the latest training courses available online. 

We decided to go further in training by taking the strategic decision to promote content created by internal experts (any employee with a specific expertise) through peer-to-peer learning. Knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer learning is an effective match for employee development preferences and a significant competitive advantage in becoming a learning organization. Involving experts in the creation of content allows us to broaden the training offer and to have resources adapted to our needs and specificities and is useful to optimize knowledge management (transfer and valorization).
