Virbac: Manuela Rodriguez appointed CSR (Corporate social responsibility) director

Rodriguez-Manuela.gifVirbac announces the appointment of Manuela Rodriguez as CSR director, effective April 3, 2023. Her main mission will be to develop and manage the Group's CSR strategy. 

Manuela's mission will be to give new impetus to the Group's CSR strategy and to ensure its management. She will continue to build strategies to meet the challenges linked to the three pillars of CSR (environment, social and governance), accelerate the company's transformation on these pillars, drive and lead key initiatives at all levels of the organization, meet regulatory obligations on CSR topics, and coordinate all reporting and communication required in this area.

With thirty years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including almost twenty-six years with Virbac, Manuela will bring her experience and cross-functional vision of the company acquired throughout her career. 

In her new role as CSR Director, Manuela will report to Marc Bistuer, Director of Quality and Compliance. She will be replaced by Abderrahman Benouhoud in his Investor Relations role within the Finance Department.

Manuela Rodriguez holds a post-graduate degree from SKEMA business school and a CESA diploma in Management Control from HEC Paris. She began her career in human health at Dow Corning, before moving to Virbac in 1995, where she worked in Finance, holding positions as head of Management Control, head of M&A Finance, director of Group Financial Projects and Investor Relations.
