With the increase in trade between France and Mexico, an emerging economy of 130 million consumers, Bpifrance launched a French Fab mission at the end of November 2019 to discover the Mexican market. In partnership with CIC Ouest and Business France, the French public investment bank selected seven French SMEs and ETIs over 3 years old that generate a significant proportion of their sales internationally and that wish to establish themselves in Latin America. The objective is to make them discover the local ecosystem, its specificities and to open them the doors of this market by putting them in contact with potential local partners.

This mission will take place under the sponsorship of Virbac, which has been operating in Mexico for 30 years. Virbac teams will share their experience of the local market, the economic context and the transfer of the subsidiary's activities to the eco-friendly Argo Navis site in 2016. They will also forward their recommendations to companies taking part to the mission so that they can successfully establish themselves in the country and develop over the long term.
