Odyssey: Towards a digital transformation of our global operations

vignette Odyssey.jpgFollowing its launch in the United States, Canada, and France, our Odyssey strategic program is reaching a decisive milestone with its global rollout. This new stage aims to gradually extend the benefits of this transformation to our subsidiaries, resulting in optimized business processes.

In 2022, in a context of evolving markets and intense competition, we launched Odyssey—our digital transformation program for industrial operations—to enhance performance, agility, and long-term sustainability. This operational excellence program was first deployed in North America, followed by France in 2024.

This corporate program aims to harmonize and standardize our business processes (Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Sales, and Finance) through the implementation of interconnected business platforms. Data reporting tools that facilitate the sharing of performance metrics in real time are just one example of the improvements or benefits Odyssey is having across our various business affiliates.

Strategic acceleration

At the end of 2025, the Odyssey program accelerated its rollout. This new phase is built upon a technological foundation supported by two digital solutions: an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and a collaborative procurement platform. These systems will strengthen standardization through a core model approach and harmonize business practices worldwide by involving both our corporate and local teams.

The deployment schedule, which extends until 2030, is determined by strategic factors such as the specific business challenges of each subsidiary and the roadmap for updating local digital systems. Following the successful initial launches in November 2025 in the UK and Ireland, the rollout will continue in 2026 across other subsidiaries, including South Africa, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Australia, and New Zealand.

This transformation directly engages multidisciplinary teams based on the type of subsidiary (industrial or commercial). To ensure a successful transition, a structured approach has been established: system and process impact analysis, targeted support, and training for local teams.

This approach guarantees the Group's long-term performance through the adoption of new business practices and the upskilling of our teams,” emphasizes Vincent Bigeard, Co-Director of the Odyssey 1.2 transformation program.
