Well-being at work: fourteen Virbac subsidiaries certified Great Place To Work 2024

Handicap Vignette 300x200.jpgFrom January 29 to February 9, we conducted the 2024 Great Place To Work survey among our employees.

As a result of the survey, fourteen of our subsidiaries worldwide have been certified Great Places To Work. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to building a corporate culture based on trust and the well-being of our employees.

Since 2018, we at Virbac have regularly conducted the Great Place To Work survey within our Group, with the aim of measuring the satisfaction of our employees and improving their professional experience.

For this 2024 edition, the Group's 5,500 employees had the opportunity to answer more than sixty questions covering five dimensions:

  • credibility
  • respect
  • fairness
  • pride
  • camaraderie

Results on the rise

At Virbac, we can rely on rich and representative data: 88% of employees participated in the 2024 survey, a particularly high rate, demonstrating the commitment to this approach.
In 2024, two indicators - employee trust and overall feelings about the company - increased significantly:

  • Trust Index1 75% (+2 points from 2021)
  • Overall Perception2 77% (+2 points from 2021)

These results demonstrate our ongoing efforts to provide a fulfilling and motivating work environment for our employees.

Great Place To Work Certification

To achieve Great Place To Work certification (valid for one year), companies must meet a demanding criterion: a Trust Index equal to or greater than the threshold set in the country according to cultural criteria. In the USA, for example, the threshold is 65% for companies with more than 500 employees.

Fourteen subsidiaries to be certified by 2024
At the time of the 2021 survey, our subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Germany, Vietnam, India, Uruguay, Brazil, Colombia and Mexico were already certified. This year, Colombia tops the podium, the United Kingdom is ranked “Best workplace for women”, and six new subsidiaries joined this list, bringing the total number of certified subsidiaries to fourteen:

  • China
  • Taiwan
  • Australia
  • New Zealand
  • Spain
  • United States

An enduring commitment to our employees

At Virbac, we firmly believe that the well-being of our employees is a lever for sustainable performance. These Great Place To Work certifications are proof that our vision is shared by our teams around the world.
